This service can only be used for payments and settlements through business partners that have signed a contract with our company.
The maximum usage amount is determined individually based on the contract with each business partner.

■ Period of use or expiry date

The period of use for this service will be set individually by the contracting company.

■ Available facilities and locations

It can only be used on e-commerce sites and services designated by business partners under contract with our company.

■ Notes on use

  • This service is only available on sites and services operated by our designated business partners.

  • Use by any third party (whether an individual or a corporation) that does not have a contract with our company is prohibited.

■ Information regarding prepaid payment instruments that record amounts, etc., by electromagnetic means

The unused balance and how to check the balance are as follows:

  • You can check your remaining balance on your business partner's management screen or management portal.

■ Compensation policy in the event of unauthorized trading

If an unauthorized transaction against the user's will (such as fraudulent use by a third party) occurs in our services and causes damages, we will investigate the matter and provide prompt compensation.

Conditions for compensation:

  • When unauthorized use by a third party of the services provided by our company is confirmed

  • When the user promptly contacts the Company after discovering unauthorized use

  • When the Company determines that the User has not acted intentionally or with gross negligence

*The maximum compensation amount and cases that are not covered (e.g. ID sharing, password leaks, etc.) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

■ Preservation of user funds (disclosure based on the Payment Services Act)

The unused balance of the prepaid payment instrument "Media Bank Value" issued by our company has not reached the threshold amount (10 million yen) stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act.
Therefore, no measures to preserve funds (such as trusts or security deposits) have been taken at this time.

If the unused balance exceeds the threshold amount in the future, we will take preservation measures such as entering into a trust agreement and making a deposit in accordance with laws and regulations, and will disclose any necessary information.

■ Criteria for disclosing fraudulent transactions

If we determine that a serious fraudulent transaction has occurred and that it will have a significant impact on users, we will promptly announce this on our website or other means.
